Project Description
The objective of this project was to become familiar with the bootstrap framework. The requirements were that the website is responsive. That it would suit both desktop and mobile viewing. The website is for a local up-and-coming artist, that will be selling artwork and merchandise through her site. The target audience is 20-35 aged people who are interested in purchasing unique art pieces.
Project Description
The project began with creating wireframes that were used as a template for the website. The website demonstrates knowledge of the bootstrap framework and mobile-first design. It is built using HTML, CSS and some JavaScript. All artwork was provided by the artist. It was manipulated with photoshop to fit the layout and design of the site. The website is a high fidelity prototype so that the artist can see the design, layout and content. The final stage for the website once the design is approved with be to add functionality. The artist needs to have a full product inventory for her works and merchandise. As well as, a shopping cart and shipping feature.
